How watching works
It stays in this browser. ModelAtlas has no accounts. The list is saved in this browser's local storage and never sent anywhere, so it does not follow you to another browser or device, and clearing site data removes it.
Email digests are not offered yet. Sending email needs a mail provider and a privacy policy, which are not in place. Models with recorded changes have their own Atom feed instead, linked here and on the model page: add it to a feed reader, or to any feed-to-email service to get the changes by email.
All changes across the catalogue: Changes and the site-wide feed.
